I've this great idea for a product for retail industry called "Actionable Analytics". This analytics product is for the line managers to take quick on the job decisions rather than receiving instructions from HO for action. E.g. If the line managers are able to predict, which of the employees are most likely to commit fraud, based on the previous track record, he can look for the POS operations of that employee more closely for fraud. I plan to start a company to develop a product to address the line managers rather than the CXOs who use the most of the analytics today.
